We are delighted to invite you to the launch of the pdnet Accessibility Toolkit. This will take place on Wednesday 24th February at 4:30pm.
Funded by Whole School SEND, the pdnet Accessibility Planning Toolkit is an exciting new resource that will support all schools (primary, secondary, mainstream or special) to:
- review the accessibility of their provision
- plan how to improve access
- write a robust and dynamic Accessibility Plan so they are better able to include all learners with SEND, especially those with a physical disability
The toolkit includes:
- Step-by-step guidance for accessibility planning
- Case study examples
- Opportunities to reflect and record current school practice
- Supporting resources, including editable templates and staff training materials
Following the launch, the pdnet Accessibility Toolkit will be live on the following day, Thursday 25th February.
