Hi,
Shine charity, supporting children and young people with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, has two twilight seminars planned for the summer about hydrocephalus and learning.
Clinical Nurse Specialists from children's hospitals in the respective regions will be making presentations about the causes, treatments and effects of hydrocephalus upon children's development.
Shine education and support staff will be advising on the neuro-cognitive effects of hydrocephalus to help teachers, teaching assistants and SEND teams to plan and have strategies in place for pupils with hydrocephalus joining their classes in September.
Monday 8th July 4 pm to 7pm at Crawley offices of Irwin Mitchell
Monday 15th July 4pm to 7pm at Birmingham offices of Irwin Mitchell
