Hygiene management: planning for transition

Hi Everyone I wonder if you could help, please.I have been asked to support a Secondary school to manage the needs of a child with complex continence issues. The school is spread over several buildings , some with modern facilities and some not. Does anyone have a proforma or checklist of all the things we might need to think about that they are willing to share, please? He does not have a EHCP and so no dedicated support worker but he does need regular adult support Thanks in advance Hilary

Have you tried getting the local specialist continence nursing team involved? They can train staff and oversee good practice with hygiene etc.
