Hi Gemma
If you don't already know about SnapType Pro (for annotation and worksheet completion on screen) then it is fantastic for pupils who use the ipad for writing and recording.
I am sure you already know about Keedogo Plus as a third party on-screen keyboard for the ipad - very versatile.
I also thoroughly recommend the Sounds-Write initial code app for basic phonics - although it doesn't teach sounds and letters in the order of 'Letters and Sounds' it is still really good to use when the pupils have covered the relevant material.
Hope these help.

Hi Gemma
If you look on the PDNet Standards assessment tool you will find a resource link for IT which includes Ipad apps.
