Francesca Martinuez has been our first pdnet patron for the past 4 years. She has done much to raise the profile of pdnet and support us behind the scenes.  However, sadly,  she has decided to step down from this role as she isvery  busy with her own projects. She  simply does nt have the time to   be as active as she would like   for pdnet.  However, she wishes to continue her association with pdnet and   to be connected to us through a new  role as a pdnet ambassador.   Sincere thanks to Francesca  and her team for all that she has done for pdnet. She will keep in touch.

So  whom do you think would be a good patron for pdnet and why ?  Suggestions welcomed.

Thanks

Di

Why not look to the paralympians ? Johnny Peacock , David Weir, et al.
A number of them are 'champions at looking to the positive ' and celebrating their individuality and skills.

Alex Brooker. Can talk honestly about the effect of PD and promote it as well as communicating well.
