Hi all, this link should work as an alternative to Dropbox. It won't take you to a page, the download should just pop up on the corner of your screen. Any problems email kate.drurey@sdsa.net and I can email you a copy.

On p3 of this newsletter there is an invitation to send a written submission to the Education Select Committee contributing to an enquiry about SEND provision. The deadline is 14th June and there is a link to the Parliament web page about this on p3.
The terms of reference for submitting responses about SEND provision to the ESC are that the enquiry is in the context of Part 3 of the Children & Families Act 2014:

Speaking purely as an individual, my view is that who could be better placed to report on the reality of PD provision in mainstream than frontline PD Specialist Teachers? I will make a submission based on my own experience in the hope that this is a genuine opportunity to have an impact, however small, on policy decisions around improving the quality and consistency of provision for the CYP, where this needs to be improved (I also have in mind the scene with the DfE representative at last year's Conference).
