Hi just wondering if anyone else has experienced a rise in PD numbers in their areas and if there is a reason for this? Particularly interested if this is happening in the north.

Hi Sarah The increase we are seeing is children with more complex overlapping needs. It is hard for us to judge as we have a town in our County with one of the most rapid house building programmes in the country. I just know we are struggling to keep up!

We have had an increase of referrals in the south of Worcs-almost all children are meeting our referral criteria. Some of our schools are expanding too with an increase in housing so that could be a factor.
