It lasts for about 100 minutes but the SEND questions are at these timings roughly: 10.57 - 11.13. There are some excellent, specific questions put to the SoS across a wide variety of issues, during the whole session.
Incidentally, colleagues may recall that last year the Education Committee began a review of SEND provision in schools across England. I recently asked Ian Mearns, one of the Committee, when this might be finished and the results published. He said it should be during the summer (this year).
