Sorry if you know this already Steven, but massive amount of info here: Mounting Assistive Technology Documentation (MAT-doc) – Specialised Assistive Technology Services

I assume the need is due to lack of provision locally? There are a multitude of variables and my limited experience of mounting devices involved much caution, many phone calls to https://www.aacmounts.com/ or https://www.smilesmart-tech.com/ and to wheelchair services. Even lightweight devices can be an issue if clamping to wheelchairs, so as not to damage the frame.
Anything heavy requires stability testing - good guidance on parameters for this in MAT-doc.
My first port of call would be to approach AAC West or Ace Centre to see if they would put something bespoke together for you.
