Does anyone use a template to support assistive technology assessments in schools? Thank you
Hi,
I don't have a template but its good to measure or rag rate the specific problem and then trial solutions and rate after (from pupil and staff POV). I have never really used a kind of troubleshooting resource so to speak. The key is to monitor and record when it is being used and small increments of progression and just continually reflect and adjust if necessary. Its also really crucial to make sure whatever is in place is being used frequently and that the staff are trained and modelling the use of the AT.
