Hi, we have two in use in Warwickshire at present.
Happy to talk to you about them anytime.
We have one in use as a local authority in York. We have used it with young people who are medically unable to attend school. In the past it has been used successfully with a young person with chronic fatigue, it has also been used for a young person with autism and their anxiety levels were preventing them from attending lessons and also for young people recovering from surgery. Happy to chat with you but I'd say it can be really successful, when used with select groups of people.
Hi,
We have four AV1's which are loaned to schools as part of our outreach service - CENMAC - assistive technology in education across London. We have had very positive feedback from schools and those students who are isolated at home. Our last newsletter has a lovely piece from the SENCO at one of the schools. https://us17.campaign-archive.com/?u=42a9f1ca48f7a0cfda9cbbf4d&id=0e04e33a0b The company No Isolation provides excellent technical support and backup. They are fantastic for inclusion and allowing students to feel part of the class. We had one here at Charlton Park Academy while one of our students was in hospital and she was able to go to Assembly and out in the playground with her friends, all from her hospital bed. Happy to answer nay questions you might have, thanks Kathryn
Harriet did a webinar on it that you can view here:
