This might be a long shot, but I was wondering if there were any 'supply' / 'agency' PD Specialist Teachers out there? How do you cover absence when knowledge is so specialist?

HI Kate - I am working alongside an Independent PD ST with a child I support. If you email me I can send you details. we don't cover absence in Essex but we are quite a large team so others in the team would step in to support - mainly phone and email but some in person visits where necessary.
