Can anyone advise me on how and when their wheelchair services maintain wheelchairs. Ours were serviced annually but our new provider is saying they don't have to service them. Any examples would be helpful. Many thanks

If the new providers have been commissioned by the local CCG it might be worthwhile speaking to the commissioner about the Service Level Agreement (SLA) the providers have with the CCG.
Also check if the providers cover both children's and adult wheelchair services.
