National PI services teams

Hi everyone, I am creating a bank of National PI services teams. In our role we often find children/young people moving between areas/Local Authorities and I felt it would be beneficial to know where and which areas do have PI teams or equivalent. If you are happy to please share where you are from and how you support PI within your area. Thank you in advance.

Hi, we have a PNI (Physical and Neurological Impairment) team in Hertfordshire working with 5-25yr olds in mainstream settings.

Sorry, I’ve just seen your post. In East Riding we have a PD team that are part of the Sensory and Physical Teaching Service with the HI & VI teams. We support 0-25 in mainstream settings.
