Hi there

I was wondering if anyone produces a regular newsletter for SENDCos with top tips/reminders/advice around PD/Medical Needs. I'd be really interested in seeing a range if anyone might be prepared to share/email?  It's something I've been thinking about developing.

Hi Kate,

There used to be the SNIP newsletter, this was really informative and an inexpensive way of keeping updated, I really miss it and wish there was a replacement. There is a good SENCO group on facebook for sharing ideas, asking questions etc and this is really useful. Good luck with your venture.

Hi Kate

Perhaps regional pdnet groups could play a role in this by routinely inviting local SENDCos to meetings? Attendance would probably be low but even if only 1 child benefited from this it would be a positive move. And/or, regional groups could produce a short briefing aimed at SENDCos say 2 0r 3 times a year? This would have a local focus but could also include any relevant wider PD matters.
