I'm just wondering how people might advise on this, particularly where cognitive ability is age appropriate/exceeding, but physically very complex (scribe needed) e.g. reporting on Early Learning Goals when there is a low physical development score. I'm not entirely sure what mainstream schools are compelled to report to the Local Authority and if there is an implied averaging system which wouldn't be reflective of cognitive abilities?
