pdnet School Accessibility Plan Survey

As part of our work with the Whole School SEND Consortium (WSS), we are currently developing new guidance to support schools with the writing of accessibility plans.

To inform this work we are inviting schools to participate in a survey to help us gain insight into current practice around the writing and use of accessibility plans, particularly in relation to learners with a physical disability.

Who should take part?

We are keen to hear from Headteachers, SENCOs, Senior Leaders and any other school staff member who are involved in writing and/ or using the school accessibility plan. We invite responses from both mainstream and special settings, across all age-phases.

How do I take part?

To take part in the survey please click here. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Please do share the survey with your school networks and colleagues.
