For colleagues' information, this was sent out by the Council for Disabled Children:
The National Children’s Bureau (NCB) has been commissioned by the Department for Education to conduct a customer satisfaction survey collecting feedback from all those who have sought the help of SEND Information, Advice and Support (IAS) Services.
This includes children and young people, their parents, carers, friends and family and professionals.
SEND IAS Services provide information, advice and support to disabled children and young people (and those with Special Educational Needs), and their parents/carers.
All local authorities are required to make sure these services are available on a free, impartial and confidential basis.
NCB is encouraging anyone who has used, or tried to use, these services in the last 12 months to take part in a short survey which should take around seven minutes to complete.
The survey can be accessed here.
The link can also be forwarded to anyone you know who may have feedback to give.
