I have a Ukrainian mother and daughter aged 11 staying with me. A brilliant app to translate both verbally and text is Say Hi. Very easy to use for any language barriers both into another language and into English.

We have a few in Essex and we are treating them as any other resident of Essex in terms of meeting their needs. There may be other support services involved but I am not sure about this.
