If you log into the website, find the section where it says "my account".  Then select "My details".  Once there scroll to th end and you should see a file with your certificate.

Hi. This just happened to me too. But I realised that a pdf doc had downloaded to my laptop. Also, if you go to where you clicked on which age you wanted to access (nursery/foundation, schools, post 16), there is a link below which shows the certificate. If you right click on it you can open it in a new web page and you can print the certificate from there.
