Dear All, I can see this has been frustrating but shared experience seem to have sorted it out.

The main thing I see is that you are making good use of your time and will be better informed on supporting your young people. We are lucky to have such resources.

Is anyone else still having problem accessing certificate? I've read all your comments and tried the advice given but I'm not seeing tab for certificate

Hi I am having the same problem I cannot see a tab or anything to find my certificate and I did the course 2 times just to be sure please help
